Dual Scan

 

Sometimes an invoice with Swiss QR, sometimes an orange payment slip in the invoice receipt - The  Dual Scan Function scans both formats from screen.
PDF files - JPG image files - HTML text - and other formats displayed on a monitor are readable.
With the user-friendly crosshairs, simply drag a square over the Swiss QR Code, or a rectangle over the ESR code line to read it.
Scanned documents as well as PDFs with a vectorized QR code are read quickly and easily - high-quality scanning technology makes this possible.
Insertion into your accounting software can be done via CTRL + V or automated.

The files remain on your computer local stored - the scanning technology is integrated in the software.
